Status of bokepdorong.com.de

bokepdorong.com.de operates as a platform that indexes, links to, or embeds visual content sourced from third parties. bokepdorong.com.de does not itself film, produce, or direct the original recorded material referenced on the platform and is therefore not, with respect to that original production, a primary or secondary producer within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 2257A and the corresponding regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Where bokepdorong.com.de is itself the producer of any content, all depicted performers were verified to be 18 years of age or older at the time of production, and identification records for that content are maintained by the applicable custodian of records in accordance with federal law.

Third-party content

For material originating from third-party sources, the required 2257 records, if any, are maintained by the original producer of that content, and any applicable exemption statement or custodian information is expected to appear at the source. bokepdorong.com.de relies on representations made by uploading or linked parties that all performers depicted were adults and that appropriate records were created and are retained as required by law.
